If you need help with documents, PDFs, canvases, iCloud sync, the AI chat and credits, subscriptions, purchase restore, or bug reports, contact Memex support.
Notes, canvases, Apple Pencil, imports and iCloud sync are free. You do not need a subscription to use your notebook, and it keeps working if you cancel Memex AI.
Memex AI is optional. Try 5 free chat messages, then subscribe or buy a credit pack to keep chatting and make images. AI subscriptions are managed through Apple. To restore an AI subscription, tap Restore Purchases on the Memex AI subscription screen.
A 200-credit pack costs $3.99 in the US and works without a subscription. Purchased credits never expire; monthly subscription credits are used first. If a purchased balance is missing, contact support with the Support ID shown in Memex Settings and your Apple receipt.
